1 large raw carrot
2 tablespoons of natural kefir or yoghurt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp ground turmeric
Pinch pink salt
Ground black pepper
Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
Spiralise the carrot and courgette using a spiraliser, place in bowl.
Place the lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, seasoning and turmeric in a
small jug or jar and mix to dressing consistancy.
Mix into the spiralised vegetables and sprinkle with seeds.
