Protect and Support Carrot & Parsnip Smoothie Soup


Deliciously smooth and warming, anti-aging and immune supportive.

Can be vegan or vegetarian.


Ingredients for 2 servings:

5 large carrots chopped

2 large parsnips

1 large or 2 medium red onions

1 pinch cayenne or chili flakes

500ml filtered water

1 large tbspn extra virgin olive oil

Pinch pink salt to season or a vegetable stock cube

Fresh or dried sage to garnsish


Optional: crumbled goats feta - increases protein and fat content

Optional Vegan: Crushed pumpkin seeds or crushed organic cashew nuts


Directions: Heat water in a medium size pan, add the carrots, parsnips and onions,

bring to boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Ad stock cube or pink salt, olive oil and chili flakes.

Simmer for a few more minutes. Pour into a bowl and crumble the gotas feta or seeds and sage.


Options: If not veggie or vegan add organic chicken bone broth instead of water, this increase absorption of minerals and protects bone health.
