Delicious Medicine - FoodSpa Immune Boosting Humus

Serves one for lunch or can be a party dip

With chickpeas, sundried tomato, chili and avocado and raw garlic to cleanse the microbiome. This is so delicious, much better than shop bought ones as this contains much less oil and salt.

Humus from shops can be quite sickly as the amount of cheap oil can actually make you feel a bit sick.


1 cup of organic ready cooked chickpeas

Half an avocado

1 tsp. tahini (sesame paste)

3 pieces of sundried tomatoes

1 small clove raw garlic
