Humus salad in a jar

Mix a little lime or lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)

into a moderate amount of humus, add some chopped red

cabbage, pomegranate seeds, add chopped leaves, mini courgette, chopped apple.

Make the night before and keep in fridge for lunch

Next day, travels well.
