Leafy Prawn salad with red cabbage ‘rice’

Finely chopped red cabbage – soak with apple cider vinegar, prepare other leaves

and mix all together, you can slice prawn sideways if large. Mix olive oil, sesame oil and with

seasoning and lime or lemon juice and drizzle over the salad. Try micro green - very tasty even though they rae small. These tiny shoots contain more nutrients than when they are fully grown Travels well for work or pic-nic lunch.
