Amazing Health Benefits of Beetroot

Beetroot is good source of magnesium, phosphorus, iron and Vitamin B6. It also contains health supporting phytonutrients that stimulate the liver detoxification process, especially phase 2 liver detox which can be heavily burdened with enviromental toxins. Beetroot has powerful anti-tumor properties and protects against colon, stomach, lung, breast, prostate and testicular cancer. Contains microbiome supportive fibre, which exerts a positive effect on cholesterol. Packed with betalain which is a molecule made from choline and 3 methyl groups and this is now understood to be vital for brain health and protects against cardivascular disease. BUT one of the most potent qualities of betalain is the regulatory affects on inflammation and it's ability to reduce inflammatory markers that cause so many health issues including heart disease, arthritis, autoimmune disease, fatigue and so much more!

I hope that this encourages you to add beetroot to your diet at least twice a week.

Beetroot juice with turmeric is a powerful anti-flammatory duo.

So if you want to protect your joints, brain and heart you know what to do.
